Interviewed with the owner/director of organization. Completely bizarre expreience. Quite the narcissist. Be prepared for this. It was certainly one of the most baffling and negative experiences I have had with a potential employer. I have solid administrative experience and beyond, and this looked like an interesting opportunity, but once I got on the phone with the director about 50 red flags went up from go.

The entire hour. Was more of game then interview. And a convoluted one at that.
