In-person, asked about my coding experience since they want people that can optimize their systems in the financial department. Was only one round and the tone was very straight forward, no ns questions.

I had a one-hour technical interview without any prior HR screening or introduction to the process. After the session, I never received any follow-up or update on my application status; they completely ghosted me. Very disappointing communication.

Very long process with multiple rounds, all in person. HR round, hiring manager round, case submission, q&a for case submission, panel interview. Overall, people were nice and knowledgeable but the process just felt too long and the response at the end was very generic even after going through it all.
