I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forvis Mazars Group in June 2022
Interview
I completed the online application and a few assessments, then after a week or so, I was invited to the first stage interview. This was just an informal call (motivation for applying type questions and basic situational questions).
Again, after a week or so, I was invited to the virtual assessment centre. You receive a call from your initial interviewer and you get offered a mentor to prepare you for the day, which is really helpful. The assessment centre comprised of an individual case study, an individual presentation and interview, group exercise/presentation and a numerical test.
Regarding the individual presentation and interview, I'll say it's one of the best interviews I've been to. The interviewer I had was quite funny and very laidback. In terms of the questions, it involved; suitability for the role type questions, questions that test how much research you did on the company and a few situational questions.
However, the group exercise was not very pleasant. You barely have time to research on the topic you need to present about, discussing with your group then are required to do a group presentation. You then get questioned after your group presentation by the company spectators - again, about a topic you literally had no time to learn more about. Also, this very much depends on the other candidates you were grouped with as it could affect your performance.

Interview
Short phone call with a friendly member of the recruitment team! I was then invited to a group stage but did not accept this offer. I found the interview very easy and the team member did very well at putting me at ease
