No programming questions but 4 rounds of system design questions aligned to the problems that they are trying to solve. Two of the interviewer looked involved in the process however other 2 interviewer were busy on their own chat and one of the interviewer was not even listening to me and was laughing at by looking into his computer screen, probably because all of them were young engineers with 3-4 years of experience and hence lack professionalism. Although the position for which I was being interviewed was for Backend Software Engineer but they expect you to know front end development too. I had one hour system design interview on designing frontend screen of one of their use case. They need to be clear in their job posting and expectation from candidate before starting the process.
