Group interview. Other canidants were idiots. Lady asked “why fossil?” Guy responded “I need money for my car payments”. Stupid answers. More words to hit criteria. Even more words.

Process took almost two weeks. First was a phone screening, then a first interview with an assistant manager. Then a second interview with an additional assistant manager. Got a call after second interview offering me Sales Associate position instead.

We both sat in the back room and we went over my resume a little bit and then we talked about myself which made it easier. We did a little role playing as well.
