They have wasted the time of every qualified candidate in the area because a member of senior leadership is not reviewing resumes before interviewing, rejected all qualified candidates over personality and all personality fits over lack of experience despite seeing our resume before hand. The job has been posted for months and the recruiter told me she ran out of clients. They are wasting everyone time. The funny part is the ineffective leadership making the decision told me she has no idea what the role entails or how to do it; yet she is somehow qualified enough to make a decision?
The initial application contained various questions about work experience and about you personally. In addition, you needed to upload your resume. After this, I received a call to set up the first interview. After the first interview, I was invited for a second interview with the people I would be working under.

2 rounds. Described experiences of past work positions. Not very technical. Met with multiple people ranging from lower level employees to executives. All in all was a successful interview process that was not drawn out too long but was long enough to vet.
