Interview
I applied in May 2016 by email after seeing the position posted on Idealist. A week later I was called for a short phone call with the Program Director. Over the next few weeks or so I sat for two interviews, the first with the Program Director and another program staff member, the second with the Executive Director. After sending in references, I was called with an offer for the position. Overall from application to offer it was about 1 month.

Interview
I applied, and was invited for an interview within a week with the Program Manager. I had a second interview soon after with the Executive Director, and was offered the position after a reference check. I left both interviews with the impression that the team was friendly, open, and deeply committed to supporting their program participants. I happily accepted the offer and have worked at Found in Translation for almost four years now.

Interview
There were 3 in-person interviews spread out across two months. They would save themselves a lot of time and trouble by focusing effort on making the work environment and culture more supportive, collaborative, and respectful. Then they wouldn't have to do yet another search every few months.
