Interview
Met representatives from Foundation Software at an SQL conference and was immediately interested in the company. The two reps were extremely friendly. I was directed to send an email through their website to start the interview process, and received an email back with an invitation to set up a day and time for an assessment. I was told there was. 75 minute math assessment and 75 minutes for a programming assessment, but not know what languages would be on the test.

Question 1
The math portion of the test was relatively easy. Basic logic and algebra, and they provided paper and a calculator. I finished the math portion in 25 minutes and that includes thoroughly checking each of my answers. The programming portion was not done on the computer, but instead was a written exam. C#, SQL, and JavaScript were all included, and many questions related to terms and programming techniques.

Interview
Quick and Easy interview process with little to few Technical Tests. Mostly personal questions. The whole process was generally shorter than a typical interview another company's process. All in all not a bad process.
