The telephone conversation was casual and discussed the role and my suitability. I was asked about my general experience and then some scenario based questions that might occur in job

They request a speed test and then schedule you for a phone interview. The questions were very simple and they send you the offer letter after the interview. The recruiter also asked what weekend you’d like off and what 12hr schedule you’d like. For example I selected 9am-9pm and they give you a schedule in that time frame. The other day day off will be random/floating. All campaigns are different. This one is for Capital One
