It takes about 1-3 rounds. First round typing test+ scenario. Second round round scenario based questions(email).Third round manager round(scenario based questions) and some basic questions like tell me about yourself and customer handling solution

1. HR round-simple random questions
2. Voice & accent- they give you some paragraphs & make us read it out loud. One should make sure to adjust the pitch & read without any error in pronunciation
3. Operations-few technical questions & stability test.
