Straight forward interview, questions based on previous experience, what would be my approach in some given hypothetical scenarios; very relaxed atmosphere, nice people, I wasn't nervous at all. It ended with a technical role play in the foreign language I have applied for

Give an example of a situation where you've had to deal with a difficult customer
I was invited to two interviews on site and for the thire and final one with the manager, the first time the manager didnt show up so o had to comeback the next day and once again the manager wasnt there so they arranged a phone call and after having answered all the questions they simply rejected my application without any reason. The company needs more organization
