Interview
Very simple. Everything was online where you would have to answer basic questions about customer service experience over a video recording. There were also basic customer service questions that I had to type out.

When was a time you had to deal with difficult customers?
Good morning. The interview was great. Interviewer was extremely helpful and appreciated. It was a good experience and helped me to be a better employee. The company has provided great information and communication to the applicants. Making sure all calibrated. Easy to follow directions and good communication.
Assessment, initial and final interview was done in one day process. It’s quite challenging especially if you are a beginner. However, it was worth it once you got hired and everything comes in your way
