simple, straightforward, not too many questions. pretty much just wanted an idea of your experience if you had any (my host experience/any restaurant or soft skills/understanding of a restaurant setting equally helped) but told me they train anyway so experience wasn't necessary. They hired me on the spot and sent papers for processing
