I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Foundry in June 2016
Interview
The interview itself was fairly easy. I arrived and was interviewed by 2 people. I assume they tried to pull off the good cop-bad cop thing. One of the interviewer always gave the impression of being very annoyed with the fact that he has to attend and with every second I was talking. Both interviewers seemed to be quite unprepared and although one of them was very nice, the whole process had a very unprofessional touch. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere. My question about the salary was dodged quite unprofessionally. All in all the whole interview took around 40 minutes, but in the end felt like a waste of time.
The chemistry just wasn't right and it was definitely not what I was looking for.
