I was personally invited by the Managing Director for an interview at Four. The interview was rescheduled several times, and despite requesting an online option, I was still asked to attend the office for both interview rounds. The second round written task was also rescheduled at the last minute.
After completing the task in person, I followed up multiple times but received no acknowledgement or update. Later, I discovered on the company’s website that the role had been cancelled in this country and re-advertised in another location, without any communication to me.
Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve clear and timely updates. The repeated rescheduling, lack of communication, and eventual silence reflect poorly on the company’s professionalism. As an agency, one would expect a higher standard of organisation and respect towards candidates.
