There was an intro round with the HR. Then one technical round with the hiring manager. First few rounds are quick. They take way too long to give a decision. Almost a month to get back.

Had a phone and video interview. It was very cordial and received feedback not long afterwards without prompt. Although I didn't fit the role, I did get an assurance of a call back if anything showed up.
