The interview lasted about 10 minutes. I had no prior experience as a server and I got offered a job during the interview. I filled out the welcome packet/onboarding materials and started a week or two later. It happened so quickly that the manager didn't know that the person in charge had hired me.

Application process for an hourly job is ridiculous. 30 Minute applications with an insane number of questions. If a person's background appears to match the role, pick up the pone and ask the questions.
