Foxdale Village interview questions

The hiring manager sat down with me and discussed very casually what I was looking for out of this job. I originally applied for a server position, but ended up as a dietary aide due to my background and future desires. The manager really helped me find what I was looking for when I was just searching for a part-time job.

Began with a 20-minute phone screening and proceeded to a formal face-to-face interview (approx. 1-1/2 hours) with three directors. Was called back for a tour, get-to-know meeting with department staff, and an opportunity to ask questions. Overall, this was one of the most professional interview experiences I've ever had.
