Condescending attitude and unhealthy atmosphere. Strange questions about motivation and where you see yourself in 5 years all the time. (I wish I could live until tomorrow, lol). Strange questions are not competences. They test strange knowledge in mathematics for the 11th grade of school

The HR processing itself was pretty comfortable. She explained in details everything about company, team, position and duties. The overall structure was clear and easy to follow. I would recommend to apply here and solve test tasks since they give detailed feedback.

I was contacted via LinkedIn for a job and had a prescreening chat and interview with a recruiter. Despite having the necessary hard and soft skills, my application was rejected due to a supposed lack of domain-specific knowledge and product company experience. It seemed like the company already had enough candidates and the rejection felt superficial. Being invited only to fail the prescreening felt like a waste of time. The process needs improvement.
