The overall experience was really good and was definitely one of the best experience i ever had. The entire process got over in couple of weeks. Fractal's hiring process was quite unique and clear. Process started with first round of HR telephonic screening, followed by online technical test based on my technology. Then i again had a technical telephonic round, later face to face Business round followed by HR round. Finally i gave one more online apptitute test. The entire process was quite smooth and i was timely updated by HR.
