I applied through Glassdoor after few days I got mail from HC team for online test which consists of logical reasoning , quant ,data interpretation and English if someone is preparing for CAT can easily clear the test . Next round was face to face discussion it consists of three rounds basically 1 - technical + analytical 2 - analytical+ job description 3 - HR In my first round I was asked about everything written on my resume they go line by line so don't write unnecessary things make sure what is written in your resume is legit , after resume grilling there was a guesstimate question in which I have to find target audience and to increase the Market of the product After guesstimate question there was a case study round in which they asked about my engineering major project and then told me to sell my project in actual market , they also asked me about SQL and Excel In my second round I was asked about my previous internships and given me an analytical problem where I have to manage an college cultural fest and increase its profitability and afterwards I had given brief description about the job position and how things work at fractal Third one was HR round in which I was asked about why you want to work for an analytical company ? why fractal ? Weakness and normal HR questions
