Very bad. They do not respond to calls. First, they gave me an assignment that I had to complete in one day. After doing the coding round. I got mail saying we will soon contact you. But they never did.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fractal (Gurgaon, Haryana) in July 2021
Interview
I had applied for this job post via Linked In and after around 15 days I was contacted by Jesvin regarding the next steps. Below were the rounds :
1. Round-1 (2 hours): Written Test on DSA and ML : 3 problems on DSA and 1 on ML.
2. Round-2 (1 hour): Technical discussion with Senior Data Engineer - Focus was on problem-solving and technical knowledge as well. Discussion about the current responsibilities and day-to-day activities.
3. Round-3 (1 hour): Technical discussion with Lead Architect - Same as round-2 with more discussion on the responsibilities in the company.
4. Round-4 (15 minutes): Discussion with VP - Focus on challenges faced in the current role, value-adds, etc.
5. Round-5 (15 minutes): HR - Focus on reasons for joining Fractal, future aspirations, etc.
In all, it was a wonderful experience. The technical interviews were more a discussion than QnA. They were basically about collaborating and solving a problem. Jesvin was reachable all the time and he answered all the queries related to the interview and next steps. I am really happy to be part of this wonderful organization.
