Fraedom interview questions

3 different interview. 1st one was a brief career history review. 2nd was more challenging and technical code pairing 3rd was with stake holders and more behavior focused. In general process was straight forward and transparent.

First interview was over the phone with the recrutier. second interview was with a couple of members who asked some technical questions and some personality questions, the third interview was f2f and included a similar type. the coordination was long and instruction was poor. After two weeks from the last interview, I emailed and did not get a response. very poor communication.
