HR reached out to me on LinkedIn last December, we had a phone call and then nothing came up next.
I was asked about my current workload, and types of cases I do. I think they mainly care about H-1B and PERM cases.

Interview
There was a writing test at the start. There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was with a Senior Consultant and a Manager. The second round was with two Managers. The process was relatively straightforward, and an offer was made pretty quickly. The questions were standard behavioural questions.
The whole process was easy but time consuming; but i get through the job is so good
And there is room for growth and I love this place . There is a typing test round and rounds of interview

Interview
Fairly easy interview process. Initial call and then they have you complete some practice drafting work. Then another phone call with two managers. Overall, it took about two weeks total
