Two primary interviews and then a third w/ leadership. A behavioral interview, a situational interview, and then a conversational discussion with leadership about leading the team. Very professional and friendly discussion. Focused on fit vs knowledge.

Interview
Very simple straightforward process of meeting with the hiring partner and other directors. Had an initial phone screen followed by two interviews. the first was a group interview with the partner on the phone and one director. The second was in in person follow up with the partner. Both interviews were relatively unstructured and allowed us to understand each others work styles.
