Interview
I sent an application online. In few days, a recruiter from Futurestep called me to provide overview of the recruitment process. Recruiter asked me on the phone expected salary and date I can start working. Recruitment process consisted of initial phone interview, video interview with a head recruiter, reference checking and an onsite panel interview. Onsite panel interview was with their attorneys and paralegals. Video interview went for an hour. Onsite panel interview went for an hour. The whole process took a month. Most of the questions were behavioral interview questions.

First interview was a phone screening. She asked about my experience with immigration law, comfortability with commute/location, why I am looking for a new position and then why Fragomen. Explained next interview would be in person

What sort of immigration cases are you most familiar with?
It was a great process with a quick turnaround. The questions were thorough, thoughtful, and relevant. I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency throughout the interview. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

Interview
HR screening interview over the phone, followed by virtual interview with a partner, followed by written assessment (advising a client on obtaining a visa), followed by informal chat with line manager.
