Fragrance Manufacturing interview questions

I was given a 2 hour interview with 3 of the head people in the office. They asked the basic questions and after an amazing first interview, I was back in for a second walk-a-bout interview where I walked through the warehouse and got a glimpse of their computer system and learned the ins and outs. It was 4 hours of my life wasted. After what seemed like a serious interview turned into a waste of my time, I am disappointed in the whole company for how they acted. How dare they waste about 8 hours of tests, interviews, and tours of the facility, to arrive at a NO. When asked why, I was told I met everything they were looking for except for the personality requirements that were not listed. I am not a Barbie, but that is what they are looking for. Beware of the fake women you will meet.
