You meet with HR and Owner's daughter first. If they like you than you meet with controller and owner. The Interviews are long but very detailed. They all answer the same questions. There are no group interviews. Be prepared to be with each person for 30 minutes to an hour. The managers do talk about the expectations and will tell you why the last person left. Seems like they are having many problems keeping employees.
