I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Framework Homeownership in July 2021
Interview
As is standard in Product, after first getting screened by the recruiter, this process involved multiple rounds meeting with first the hiring manager and then a variety of stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports, etc.
This was honestly one of the most engaging groups of interviews I’ve participated in in my career. It’s clear how much everyone is invested in the company, and the mutual respect, thoughtfulness, and conversational interviews were a big part of what won me over. The recruiter, Stephen, in particular was amazing to work with - proactive, communicative, and left no surprises which was really helpful and not always common. Framework touts a supportive and welcoming culture and their interview process fully reflects this.

Interview
Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Technical > Peer Engineers > Product Team > Hiring Manager, with the recruiter touching base between each interview, checking on process, interest, expectations. Good variety of people across disciplines, learned a lot.

The interview process with Framework was very positive and welcoming. There were a total of 4 interviews, one being the initial phone call, and the last 3 over Zoom. The recruiter, Stephen was very friendly and responsive. I was kept informed and updated throughout the time I interviewed.
