Francisco Partners interview questions

On-site, spoke with team. Sharp group, although most of leadership is SF based. Overall, focused group, but very particular. They like people with tech background. Office was nice. People were nice enough.

The interview process was very quick and extremely clear. There was only one week between each round, and the final offer was made about a month after the initial interview. Every interviewer was extremely nice and genuine. There is an aspect of professionalism, but they want to see your personality as well. Management was very clear about what they expect and what they don't know about the role. For example, the CFO admitted that he doesn't know the day-to-day aspect of the job. It's much better than making up something and/or being ambiguous - I respect the honesty and respect associated with this type of response.
