Franklin Mutual Insurance interview questions

Applied on Linkedin, received an interview within a couple of days. The interview went great, super simple with your regular phone screening questions. 2 more interviews were to be projected had it moved forward on. The interviewer stated they'll be reaching out to me within early next week. Next week comes by, no email. I email the interviewer & still get no response at all. Very unprofessional of the interviewer & on behalf of the company, I would not recommend a friend to apply to this company, unless they want their time to be wasted.
