A group of 10 candidates were called for a discussion , and given 2 programs to solve efficiently in time. Then 1:1 discussion on personal skill set , he asked me if i knew any frameworks, Angular JS Bootstrap , Backbone.js rather than college subjects .

As smooth as butter. It seems like a lot is happening and sure it did take some time, but yeah, once it started the process was good. The verdict was out then and there and so was the offer. Not a sour grape for me :)
