The interview was quick and straightforward—it only took about 15 minutes in total. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. Just a heads-up, though: they tend to take a while with the decision-making process, so it might be some time before you hear back
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fraser Health in Aug 2025
Interview
The experience took approximately 45 minutes. The questions were a mix of situational and theory. Questions are specific to common issues/disorders for that unit (ex., rehabillitative nursing asked me about fall and UTI prevention and mental health asked me about common side effects of antidepressants).
The first step is usually to submit an application, which may include your resume, cover letter, and updating personal profile on the health authority website. In-person interview with the manager and clinical coordinator. Reference check.
