The first online interview was three questions on a technical problem in designing for a dock. Technical & Non-Technical Questions asking about experiences mentioned on the CV, A technical problem, and generic situational questions

Tell me about a time you encountered a technical challenge and how you go about solving it.
Application and cover letter, aptitude test and explore day with a small group of candidates, got to meet most of the team and participate in activities, a presentation and interview as well as a tour. Food provided.

Interview
I applied online, sending through my resume and cover letter was then invited to an in-person interview, which was set for about an hour. Once I completed the interview took a while for me to hear the outcome. I had to call them to remind.
Online application followed by online tests, invitation to assessment centre at one of the offices. Presentation and interview included, as well as information regarding the company , what they do, and the specific division for the role
