First interview went very well. I really liked the woman who interviewed me. It took about a month for them to get back to me. I still gave them a chance. I then interviewed with one of the hire ups and it was a horrible experience. The guy who interviewed me was, in my opinion, rude, nasty, and I had trouble really understanding what he was saying. Apparently, I'm not the only one who thinks this guy's not the best. I felt bullied.
One thing I really didn't like was that my department worked in a trailer, I didn't find out about this until my last round interviews with the team.
The team was really cool, great people and they loved the first woman I interviewed with first. But it was apparent from my questioning that management wasn't the best and hard to deal with at times.
Finally the hours - 8-5. This is just so antiquated and arbitrary and those extra 5 hours do nothing but make people wish they weren't there. It's been proven more hours does not equal more productivity.
GREAT people on the Marketing team minus the one guy who is the reason I declined to work there (didn't get an official offer but it was very very very likely).
