First I filled out an online application. Then I recieved a phone call inviting me in for an interview. Half of the interview was formal questions and the other half was me looking around shop floor for an outfit that fit the scenario they have provided.

Sent store email containing cover letter and cv and a day or two after received a phone call asking me to attend an interview. Interview was incredibly relaxed with the manager and assistant manager whom were both lovely and put me at ease. I clicked well with them which helped, just general interview questions and chit chat
