Question 1
What did you do in your previous role? Which of your skills and experiences make you a good fit for a Content Editor role? What's your approach to addressing feedback?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FreeAgent (Edinburgh, Scotland) in June 2023
Interview
The interview process was one of the best ones I've experienced: I was kept informed all the way and knew the various steps from the beginning. It started with me submitting an online application, followed by a phone screening, an exercise to test writing skills, a first interview, and a final interview with a short presentation to prepare (given enough time and all info necessary!)

Question 1
What's your process when tackling a piece of content?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FreeAgent (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Apr 2018
Interview
I completed an initial phone screen with an internal recruiter, which took around 15 minutes. I was asked routine questions about my CV and why I was interested in the role. The recruiter was very nice and gave a lot of background about FreeAgent. She didn't know a lot about the Content Editing role specifically. I was then given a few days to complete a 500-800 word writing task, which took me about two hours to complete. 2-3 days later I got an email saying I didn't pass to the next round, which was an in-office interview. The email appeared to be a form letter which stated other candidates more closely matched FreeAgent's writing style & tone.
