I found their listing on LinkedIn and Indeed and sent in my resume. They followed up with a short phone call interview and scheduled a final interview at their office. I met with two people during the in house interview at their beautiful facility. One week after the interview I received a follow up phone call with an offer.

Describe a time in your professional career where you were able to turn around a horrible situation for the better.
They projected something i thought sounded good. When i read the reviews, I realize underneath their mask lies a reality that they fail at the very ask of their employees. You will see the power balance within the interviews. And you can see on LinkedIn people such as their CSM lasted less than 6 months.
