This is clearly a fake post by someone who has never had an interview with Freecom before. We received an email from a site called reputationmanagement.net telling us they could remove negative reviews from our Glassdoor account. This is something which we would never do, because we value feedback that can help improve our company. Therefore, we ignored it.
As a result, we have received this review. At Freecom we have a rigorous, three-stage interview process, with each stage taking approximately one hour. We are very thorough with our interviews, and hire the people we think are best suited to the job.
In addition, our interviews are one-on-one, so this person's report that there were multiple interviewers is completely false.
It is extremely disappointing to receive a dishonest review such as this.
