Freedom Leisure interview questions

Interview was relaxed. Began with a group activity where everyone brought in three items that represented their personality. Followed by fun group tasks in smaller groups. Then an interview which was fairly relaxed, asked about different scenarios you may encounter in the job and how you would deal with them.
