One of Freedom’s HR people contacted me about a management role to see if I would be interested. After a short phone interview it was deemed that coming in for an in person interview with the hiring director would be mutually beneficial.
I came in a few days after and met with the director which went extremely well. It was more of a conversation than an interview and the director stated that I would come in to meet the VP of the department upon their return from a business trip.
That was the last I ever heard from anyone at Freedom, even when reaching out to the director for a follow up. It appears that their hiring practices, like their network, is full of gaps. So I would strongly caution you should someone from Freedom approach you for an opening, it may very well be a waste of your time.
