Applied online and got a call a few days later saying they were interested. They asked about my schedule, briefly described the job, and coordinated an in-person interview.
The actual interview is pretty chill. Mine was actually with one other applicant. It's mainly a HR person talking about the job and having a casual convo with you. I think I was asked "what is good customer service to you?" and that was it. The rest was a nice little chit chat with HR. I think they just want to make sure you're reliable and are a decent person.
