Email with HR, phone interview with geology team, background check, drug screen....
Interview was very simple. Freeport doesn't do prerecorded video interviews. Make sure to send a CV with your resume. Also, send in relevant research. Geology is very competitive so only apply if you are pursuing a MSc.

Interview
I applied online and I messaged a recruiter on linkedin! I got an phone interview a week later and it was a conference call with hiring geologist from multiple locations. It went really well and I got an offer 2 weeks later.

Interview
Online application followed by phone interview. Online app was pretty generic: resume, cover letter, education history, past work history. The phone interview was with my manager and a person from HR. The questions were all about my knowledge of the company and my technical knowledge of copper mining geology. I had done a lot of research online in preperation for this so I had most of the answers written down in front of me.
