Freight Tiger Operations Manager interview questions

This company is a class act. They have no idea what they want to do or whom they want to hire. Just top management would like to take interviews to so called study the fitment. Gave 6 interviews right from vertical head to HR and still they are not sure whether to hire or not. Very poor decision making on everyone's part. They want to copy uber and Amazon interview processes that they forgot as to why an interview is even conducted. They don't have an intent to hire you if your salary is on an hire side say 15 lakhs or something or you are from tier1 or a premier college.
