It was 14 years ago. I don't remember my interview process. The president of the company was responsible for the hiring. Many years later, I found out that he was totally incompetent of hiring people. I actually hired someone that was not able to do anything who was fired in less than a week.

Applied after the New Year, not long after that, got an email for interview. Went pretty well and was told he would inform me back in a week. Never heard back, nothing.

Interview
Easy. Just walk in, be yourself, and show them what you have. They don't care about your design portfolio. Do you have management skills, Cad skills, or Revit skills? That's all they are looking for.
