I never got passed the oral interview although i interviewed very well twice and was what I believe to be highly qualified for the position. I definitely felt as if I was being discriminated against. Not just at this agency but at other agencies. The panel and interview process was always filled with white privileged women who probably got the job through people they know or simply because they were white. It’s very sad to experience this because I always thought so highly of the world we live in but just experiencing it sheds a whole other light.
