The process started by a one hour H.R./inter personal skills interview with 2 management persons (H.R. and Operations). We got along easily and it went alright. A technical interview was scheduled next week with the architect.
The technical interview lasted for only 40 minutes(approximately). It was general and basic questions about high level architecture and solution design in addition to skimming my C.V.(asking how many resources i led in the previous projects).I answered correctly most (90%+) of the questions.
Later on i was informed by the recruiter that my candidacy is rejected because the interviewer believe i don't have the technical experience needed for the job! Given that the questions were not so advanced and that i have a firm believe i answered to most of teh questions correctly, i was surprised by the feed back.
A few weeks later, i heard about 2 identical stories from 2 other resources in my network. According to them, They both passed the H.R. interview and had a general/basic technical interview and after replying to those basic questions, they were refused for the same reason.
