The interview process included an initial phone call with a recruiter, if you passed that stage then you might meet via video chat with the site manager and possibly another administrator, if that was passed then you meet the manager at the site (I was told this was not always necessary in every interview but it gives you a good idea of the facility you will be working in and allows you to get an idea of the culture. I suggest asking for this even if they do not offer it). I truly hope that my experience was just a one-time occurrence that does not happen often. But they do not know how to manage their time (I understand they may be busy) but they do not take into account other people's time at all. I have never been stood up for interviews in my life but it happened during this interview process and it did not leave a good impression for eager and excited employees wanting to start their careers.

Interview
It was me, the clinic manager, the charge nurse, and the regional manager. We actually interviewed for almost two hours. They gave me live feedback on my responses and how they thought I would fit in... more like a conversation and getting to know each other than a formal interview. I came back to shadow for three hours the next week and then was offered the job. I'm still going to rate it "difficult" though because it was very involved, and if interviewing isn't your strong suit you might want to psych yourself up for this one.

This is a rewarding job that is hands on. You get to enrich patients life while providing them their lifeline literally. The company values its patients and educates staff adequately.

Interview
Interview process longer than expected. They really need to streamline the process. Communication not always prompt and difficult at times. Interview mostly completed with team members outside of clinical staff for which you will be employed. Overall, the process was arduous enough to make me reconsider my desire for the position.
