The interview process lasted several weeks in which time I interviewed with multiple people. I was then asked to do a creative and strategy assessment on a campaign that was produced by a couple of agencies. I spent time going through the creative and producing a strategic document for the team, assessing the effectiveness of the campaign, its goals, and the quality of the creative. After this, the team went silent. After a couple of week, I reached out to the recruiter, only to find out that the job went to a different candidate, I understand if there was somebody who fit the job better but I just think after the time and effort that I put into the process it would’ve warranted quick call with me to let me know the outcome instead of having me chase them down. It seems to me that for any company that is in the care industry, it would warrant them taking just a moment of time to take care of their interview candidates as well.
