There were 3 rounds (as expected for a managerial position). First and second interviews were via Teams, with the Senior HRBP and the Regional Head of HR respectively. The 3rd and final interview was conducted in the plant with the Regional Head of HR, Global Head of HR and the plant HR executive. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Questions asked were not really difficult but on a more discussive manner. I enjoyed the conversations and the process although I was not successful.
